This chocolate cream is tasty and creamy and is suitable with many kinds of fruits.
3 bananas
1 avocado
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp raw carob powder
1-2 tbsp water or almond milk
Put every ingredient into a high speed blender, and blend until smooth. Put more water or almond milk if it is necessary to a creamy consistency. Put into pretty glasses with fruits! With strawberry like this on photo.

Kedves Gitta,
Dear Gitta,
thanks a lot for the recipe, I was not expecting you to come up with an idea so quick - and you even have a photo :)
I am going to give it a try soon, the only problem being that here in London (whole UK maybe?) it is not easy to get your hands on marrow.
I think I will have to add something to sweeten it though, maybe some raw agave syrup or zylosweet.
your stuff always looks amazing! I can't wait to make some of the raw versions of Hungarian food for my hungarian inlaws!
Szia Eszter! Igen, van egy nagyon jó kis tökfőzelék receptem, készül a post is róla, hamarosan felteszem... valahová...

And for the english speaking folks:
Dear Gitta, I love your blogs and recipes (this cocolate cream is fab as well :)
I would like to set a challenge to you: as a Hungarian I was brought up eating soups all the time and my favourite ever has to be marrow with loads of dill and sour cream of course. (Hungarian soup is thicker than other nation's versions and it is made of one vegetable with milk or sour cream usually and it is thickened with flour).
I would like to ask you to come up with a raw recipe that tastes like the real deal!
I gave it a shot several times but could not figure out a good one.
Thanks: Eszter
