Chocolate spread

Nut free chocolate spread, just like nutella
Ingredients:
½ cup raw tocotrienols
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
2 tablespoon raw agave nectar
Preparation:
mix all ingredients together in a bowl (adjust them to taste)

well it might be less to be honest i dont tend to use cups much i just guess but definately dont use most of the tub. its a really big tub

Wow at $40.00 a pound it should be great as it is using ten dollars worth of the tocotrienols for this recipe... Just thinking $$$

and yes they are in a powder form :)

i bought mine from detoxyourworld.com and they are sunfood brand which your can buy in america from sunfood.com. They come in a big pot- they are made from raw rice bran and are a source of pure vitamin E great for skin

Are the tocotrienols in a liquid form? I usually see it sold as a powder (it is a form of Vitamin E, by the way, and is often extracted from rice bran).
