Makes at least 2 tall glass servings.
A quick, delicious, and refreshing shake to have whenever you please!
This recipe was inspired by another members delicious blue pina colada smoothie.
½ cup Coconut Water
1 Small Ripe Banana
½ cup Cacoa Nibs
2 cup Pineapple Chunks
1 tablespoon Carob Powder
1 tablespoon Dark Agave Necter
2 Pitted Madjoor Dates
½ cup Ice Cubes
Purified Water, Enough to cover ingredients
Just throw all the ingredients into the blender. Pour enough purified water to cover all the ingredients in the blender…a little more for thinner shakes – a little less for thicker shakes. Blend on high until smooth. Poor into tall glasses and serve.
