Coconut Almond Milk

2½ cup Water
2 tablespoon Agave Nectar
½ cup Shredded
Coconut
2 cup Almonds, Soaked
Preparation:
Soak almonds at least 12 hours. Rinse almonds and blend with water, coconut and agave. Strain through nut milk bag. Makes approximately 1.5 cups. Great for fruit smoothies or as a healthy substitute for other milks.
