makes roughly 2 large( main course) or 4 small ( appetizer) servings
fruit from two cantelopes
1/2 cup lime juice
one chili pepper ( you pick how hot!)
Sweetener to taste-I use 1-2 packets of stevia
1/2 -1 cup water for desired consistency
pinch of sea salt
Blend all ingredients together, chill and enjoy!
For those of you who practice food combining this recipe might be an interesting experiment. I ate this soup as a main course one night. Loved It and digested it perfectly.
The next day I had it for lunch. Loved it. But then I ate an apple too and the melon was not so fond of the company in my stomach. So maybe melons should be enjoyed on their lonesome!
