A woman that owns a health food store gave me this recipe the other day. Her name is Joy, so I named it as such.
I chuckle when I see that no amounts are listed, simply the ingredients. I also added walnuts and raisins and a bit of grapeseed oil. My guinea pig husband loved it!

The only instruction I got was “cranberries cut in half”. Instead I minced them in a food processor.
Like I said, all I got from Joy was the ingredients; I winged it from there. Being a fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants kinda person, that was fine by me.
I also added walnuts, raisins, and grapeseed oil to her suggested ingredients.
