Creamy Curried Butternut Soup

The amounts are approximate since I was kind of experimenting. I like the results. Nice & creamy tasting. :)
Ingredients:
½ butternut squash, peeled
3 celery stalks
1 red delicious apple,
cored
½ cup nut butter, [I used sunflower seed butter!]
2 huge handfuls of cilantro
2 huge handfuls of parsley
2 clove
garlic
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoon agave
2 tablespoon curry powder
water
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients until nice & smooth, adding water as necessary.
Chill.
Enjoy!
