Creamy Garlic Sauce Dressing

3-6The un-dairy cream sauce/dressing. You can use this on your un-pasta or as a salad dressing. The savory flavor of olive oil and almonds go so well with fresh basil and garlic. Sure to please even the pickiest.
Ingredients:
3/4 soaked almonds
1c almond milk
1/4 c olive oil
1 med/small fresh
garlic clove
4-5 large fresh basil leaves
1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes for a smooth cream sauce like consistency and pour onto your un-pasta or salad dish.
