4 medium sized ripe tomatoes
½ zucchini
½ red pepper
½ shallot
4 green onions
½ red onion
3 sundried tomatoes, soaked
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
½ himalayan pink crystal salt
1 tablespoon fresh oregano
½ cup fresh basil
½ clove of garlic
¼ green chili pepper
Recipe Directions
blend and serve, garnish with green onions or fresh basil.
