One thing I missed terribly on a raw food diet was huge piled sandwiches! I threw all of this together one night and have been eating the same thing nightly for days!!
1 ounce guacamole, how you like it :o)
1 ounce Nutmeat (or a pate of your choice), recipe posted
¼ cup romaine and spinach
1 slice red onion
1 ounce shredded carrot
1 slice eggplant
1 dash olive oil
1 dash vinegar
5 slice red bell pepper
2 slice your favorite dehydrated bread or tortilla
Pile the ingredients high on the bread, adding and taking away to your liking. Enjoy, and try not to drool too much while munching! I always make these with all my recipe left-overs from the rest of the week.
