Serves 1One thing I missed terribly on a raw food diet was huge piled sandwiches! I threw all of this together one night and have been eating the same thing nightly for days!!
Ingredients:
1 ounce guacamole, how you like it :o)
1 ounce Nutmeat (or a pate of your choice), recipe posted
¼ cup romaine and
spinach
1 slice red onion
1 ounce shredded carrot
1 slice eggplant
1 dash olive oil
1 dash
vinegar
5 slice red bell pepper
2 slice your favorite dehydrated bread or tortilla
Preparation:
Pile the ingredients high on the bread, adding and taking away to your liking. Enjoy, and try not to drool too much while munching! I always make these with all my recipe left-overs from the rest of the week.
