FILLING

1. Process everything in a food processor till smooth.

2. Spoon filling into a round 9-10" cobbler pie pan. Set aside.

CRUMB TOPPING

3. Process everything till thick and well combined. Make a mound of this mixture and place it on top of the filling.

4. Garnish with apple wedges, and lemon zest. Best served warm with cinnamon ice cream and eggless nog.
