Goji Pudding

Servings:
OneA delicious & rich superfood pudding- add more milk to make it a smoothie
Ingredients:
1 3/4 C. Nut Milk
5 Dried Figs, re-hydrated
2.5 Tbsp Raw Almond Butter
Small
handful Goji Berries
1 ice cube
1 tsp. Coconut Oil (optional)
Preparation:
Soak figs for about 20 minutes. Add figs, milk (I used almond-hazelnut) to blender. Puree until figs are completely blended. Add almond butter & blend. Add Goji berries, ice cube & blend. If mixture is too thin, add more Goji berries or some Coconut Oil. If more sweetness is desired add agave or yacon. Top with Goji Berries.
