RAW ORGANIC:
Papaya: "Hotdog"
Kiwi= "Relish"
Crushed Strawberry= "Ketchup"
Asian Pear=
"Fries"
I used my RAW STAR 8" Ceramic Knife for the entire recipe. I carved the "Hotdog" out of a Papaya. Then I cubed Kiwi Fruit into tiny little "relish squares" at first I made them with the seeds but that didn't look too cool, sometimes it is fun to keep in the component that identifies the fruit but the seeds made it not look like relish so I got to enjoy eating that and starting over again on new kiwi fruit only using the outer green sections. Then I crushed and blended some strawberries and that became the "Ketchup", sliced some Asian Pear into "French Fries" type of shapes and put more "Ketchup" up on it. Also I spelled out the word "RAW" in "Ketchup" on top of the "Hotdog".
Although these are Raw Organic Fruit Desserts they are very filling and can be a little savory so can be served as an entree or main meal as well. Fun new way to go Fruitarian!

That was good! Yeah it is a challenge to come up with a bun but those are great ideas nice! :o) I just uploaded and posted another new
Fruit Dessert= "Super Nachos with Jalapenos, Olives, Tomato, Guacamole and Cheddar Cheese"
3. For the bun, what about
For the bun, what about something made with nuts like a crust? Make a dough and "bake/hydrate" it or freeze it around a dowel so it has a long crescent shape that one can fit a "dog" in?... a kinda crepe type thangy... or one of the raw cookie recipes might work. It would be a darker color than a "white bread" bun, but much more delish. Or, for the "white" effect, make something sweet with ground white sesame seeds, like a halvah. I can't think of anything else that is white that would go with fruit... maybe someone else can. Oh... what about some type of fruit leather made from white fruit like pear or apple? If the fruit was yellow and you wrapped the leather around it, you would have a "corn dog" or "pigs in blanket". LOL
Oh... a white bun made out of coconut dough. :)
Sorry if the stream of (un)consciousness seems a bit jumbled. ;)
4. Hi I am glad everyone is
Hi I am glad everyone is enjoying it! The bun I tried to use Asian Pear but it did not work out, the closest thing would be a Banana Cut in half and you would have to make the "Hotdog" a lot smaller. I made it very large so that it would make a great photo and the relish/ketchup would fit on top. But you can make a nice looking Mini-Hotdog. The flavor is really good even though this is dessert it can easily be a main meal/entree. The papaya is not that sweet the relish/ketchup is actually pretty savory and not that sweet either.
You might also want to try to make the Fruit Sushi and Penne Pasta recipe I posted those are really good also!
Enjoy!
