Lime Chile corn chips
Spicy, tart and addictive. Great with guacomole or salsa.
4 cup Frozen corn
½ cup fresh squeezed Lime Juice
1 tablespoon Chili Powder or two jalepano peppers
½ cup ground Faxseed
Place Lime juice and chili powder (or whole peppers if using) and combine.
Add corn and ground flaxsedd, process until a dough like consistaancy
Spead onto teflex sheets and score into squares or triangles.
Dehydrate for 8-10 hours at 105 F, flip remove and dehydrate for another 10 hours.
