Raw Chocolate without the sugar? Yes Please! And it's tooooo easy!
1/4 cup cacao powder (or carob)
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4-1/2 teaspoon stevia
Blend everything together until glossy and smooth. Freeze or refrigerate until solid, about 1 hour. Cut into bite size pieces and enjoy!
If you like a less dark chocolate add 2 tablespoons of cacao instead. The stevia should be added to taste. It's the trickiest part.
