Delicious, fresh, chunky salsa with tomatillos, mangoes, and plenty of cilantro!
10 Green Tomatillos
2 Green Onions (or any onion you prefer)
2 teaspoon Lime Juice
1 Huge bunch of cilantro
3 dash Green Tabasco Sauce (optional)
2 Jalapenos (optional), sliced
2 Mangoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
Note: All ingredient amounts are approximate. Change it up to suit your fancy!
Step 1: Slice half of the tomatillos into quarters. Slice green onions (they don’t need to be too thin- they will be going into the processor soon)
Step 2: Process quartered tomatillos, green onions, lime juice, cilantro, and green tabasco or jalapenos (optional)
Step 3: Cut the rest of the tomatillos and the mangoes into small bite-sized pieces.
Step 4: Mix cut tomatillos, mangoes, and mixture from food processor.
