Melon Milk Shake
This is an amazing & simple breakfast dessert that tastes just like a vanilla milkshake, quick to whip together first thing in the morning. Very filling & packed with energy! Try palcing your blender in the freezer before hand
1½ cup Cantaloupe or Honey Dew Melon, large cubed
Water from 1 Young coconut
2 inch piece of vanilla bean
halve a cantaloupe or honey dew melon, scoop out the seeds and cube 1.5 Cups into a blender, add the water from 1 young thai coconut, scrape a 2 inch piece of vanilla bean & blend on low/medium setting, until you have a smooth consistency (1-2 min.). Pour the mixture into a glass & place in freezer for 5 minutes. The foam is the best part of this drink so make sure you leave that on top! Eat it with a spoon or drink straight up.
