Servings:
Makes a little over 1/3 cup, one servingThis is my favorite dressing and is great for lunch in a salad made of fresh tomatoes, red bell pepper, cucumber, romain lettuce, and a little thinly sliced onion. Purely raw and great tasting to.
Ingredients:
1 Orange, juiced
¼ cup Raw tahini
1 clove garlic
1
slice ginger, about half your thumb size
.125 teaspoon good salt
¼ teaspoon curry powder, optional
Preparation:
Just throw this in any blender and run on low till smooth. If you don’t have a blender just mince the onion and garlic and mix well. I usually triple this and it will thicken up in the fridge and last for about 4 days.

Nice! I was just thinking about how good orange would make in a dressing today. Thank you!
