This mock tuna salad is made from the carrot pulp that is usually dicarded after juicing. InI was not at ease throwing it away all the time, So, InI came up with this simple recipe that can be altered with various ingredients according to taste.
4 cup carrot pulp, Remove from juicer after juicing about 6 carrots.
1 cup mayo, The mayo recipe created by rawozzy works great!
Blend, by hand, the carrot pulp and mayo – simple as that. As InI said before, this mock tuna salad can be enhanced with other ingredients (onions, celery, etc,) to the individual’s taste.
