mondo mango shake

Servings:
1simple and 100% raw smoothie
Ingredients:
1 ripe yellow mango
1 ripe banana
1 cup wild blueberries
small handful of raw
cashews
1 cup coconut water
5 ice cubes
Preparation:
blend very well and enjoy!

or add the young coconut meat instead of cashews, even better.

i wouldn't do tahini. maybe try hemp seed or hazelnuts. or just omit the nuts, i mostly did it to add a little extra protein.

This sounds wonderful stylishchick, I have everything but the cashews, do you think I could add tahini to get the creamy texture???
