New! FRUIT Vietnamese Spring Roll with Mini-Watermelons

I was making new Fruit "Sushi" late last night when I realized the Honey Dew Melon can be morphed into a Vietnamese Spring Roll made entirely of FRUIT! The leaf is Dandelion I should have used Mint but didn't have any, Green Apple Slices= "Cucumber", Pear Slices= "Rice Noodles", Papaya= "Carrots", Mango= well....Mango! The Wrap is Honey Dew Melon & "Watermelon" in the background is a twist in that it is made of cucumber & tomato, just a fun twist & yes you CAN PLAY WITH YOUR FOOD! This Spring Roll is so super deliciously refreshing & a nice new dessert!

Kinda fun if you use those Hand Quote Gestures as you are reading & doing those AIR QUOTATION MARKS. Ingredients:

Honey Dew Melon, Papaya, Mango, Green Apple, Cucumber, Tomato, Dandelion Leaf that should be Mint

Preparation:
