This stuff is like meat, but it’s not! Roll it up in balls for “Not Meat Balls”. Crumble it up and add to anything you like.
1 cup walnuts or pecans, soaked
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
1 teaspoon tamari
dash celtic sea salt
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
1 tablespoon onion, minced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Place the nuts, lemon juice, olive oil, tamari, garlic powder and sea salt in food processor with S-blade and process till smooth stopping occasionally to scrape the sides of bowl.
Put mixture in mixing bowl and mix in the rest.
Keeps in sealed container for 5 days in fridge.
