I meant to post back to this before I left out of town but didn't have time.
My friend who made this for me didn't mix the ingredients in a food processor she just cut everything up. After making it both ways I decided that I liked it better just chopped up except for the sauce. The way that Winona makes it is more like a chili though but either way it's simply fantastic! It's a staple dish for me now. Thanks Winona!!

Use 1/8 cup walnuts and 1/8 of a cup brazil nuts. This recipe can be prepared in 30 minutes - it's very quick and easy, despite the long list of ingredients. Enjoy the chili!

Sounds great but could you tell me if it is 1/4 cup of mixed walnuts and brazil nuts total or if it 1/4 cup of each one. I am going to try this later.
Thanks
