Sesame Smoothie

Servings:
1A nourishing and filling smoothie, great start to a cold or cloudy day!
Ingredients:
2 bananas
2 medjool dates
1/3c sesame seeds, ground
1tsp
cinnamon
1tsp maca
1tsp spirulina
1tsp barley grass powder
Warm water to desired consistency
Preparation:
Put it all in a blender, give it a whizz and serve.
