Servings:
Serves 1This is a very tasty, refreshing desert and it’s so easy. You can really substitute any fruit you like, I just had strawberries on hand and they seemed to work very well.
Ingredients:
¾ cup Water
10 Large Ripe Strawberries
1 tablespoon Agave or Raw Honey
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients until smooth and put it in the freezer for about 1.5 hours or until frozen “crispy” so that you can still break it into pieces easily with a fork.
It is really good when topped with thedailyraw’s banana cream http://goneraw.com/recipes/1048-Elvis-Banana-Nut-Butter-and-Jam-Parfait
I prefer to substitute macadamia nuts instead of cashews for that recipe though. I also threw on a few cacao nibs as a garnish.

I do this often (minus the agave) in the summer for the kids. Everybody loves it!

I just made this recipe, and it is truly amazing, one of those simple recipes you know you'll never forget. Bronwyn, have you tried adding pine nuts or coconut water/oil/flesh? I feel like if the sweetener was doubled and it was slightly creamy, this could rival a $5 pint of sorbet.

Simple and lovely! Great presentation in the wine glass, too.
