My husband named this smoothie for me. This is one that the whole family will enjoy and makes a nice late evening snack.
2 tablespoon raw tahini+
2 frozen apple bananas+
1 chopped red apple, with skin+
1 teaspoon vanilla extract+
2 cup water+
1 tablespoon lecithin, optional+
1 tablespoon coconut oil+
pinch cinnamon powder+
Blend ingredients. You can use whatever banana you like. Apple bananas are the small tart ones we have growing in Hawaii so that is what I use.
