Thai Salad Quickie!

Servings:
1-4Ingredients:
Mix:
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup braggs or nama shoyu
juice from 1/2
lemon
1/2 tablespoon agave or maple syrup
salt to taste
1 tsp chili flakes or to taste
Pour over:
1 red pepper, sliced thinly
1 cup mung bean sprouts
1 cup
pea pods
1 cucumber, sliced thinly
1 cup red cabbage, sliced thinly
Add sesame seeds on top, if desired
Add thinly sliced young coconut flesh, if desired

It's the only cold pressed, not toasted, yadda yadda...of sesame oil that I have had, so I have nothing to compare it to. ;) Tropical Traditions has pretty good sales that change weekly. :)

emilyjayne, have you found a good raw or cold pressed sesame oil? I only have toasted right now and dont like the burnt taste. I will sub olive this time cuz it sounds so good I want to make it but if you have a brand name I could hunt down I'd appreciate it. THX
