What's For Dinner Loaf
1/2 cup almonds, soaked for 24 hours and dehydrated
1 1/2 cup flaxseed, soaked for 24 hours and dehydrated
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, soaked for 24 hours and dehydrated
1 cup celery, juiced (discard pulp)
1/2 cup maui onion, minced
1 cup finely shredded jicama
1 tbsp rosemary
1 tbsp sage
process the almonds, flaxseeds, and pumpkin seeds to a meal in a food processor.
combine the ground nuts and seeds with celery juice, onion, jicama, rosemary, and sage in a bowl. mix together thoughly and set aside for 3 to 4 hours for flavors to blend.
form into a loaf and serve.
the longer it sits, the stronger the flavors become.
