wheatgrass lemonade
soak organic raw wheat berries in water for 8 hours. rinse and scatter them in soil. They will grow in 8-10 day to be ready to be juiced. I water every few days with water. I don’t have a wheatgrass juicer so I blend in blender and drain in strainer. Then I put the juice of a lemon and maple syrup. You can also use barley. I cut the bottom of gallon plastic milk jugs so it’s like 4 inches high and put holes on the bottom to drain.or you can use anything. i put soil a few inches high.

yea its quite easy to grow wheatgrass. im currently growing a batch in my dorm room where there is no kitchen. i have a box that i put plastic and then lined with paper bags. i then put the soaked wheat berries on top, enough that they are all touching but not really overlapping. after that, i water it when i get up, and when i go to bed. make sure it has an adequate water supply and adequate drainage, or else mold will develope. thats all it takes

You could, but you wouldnt get the full nutrional value as actually letting the sprouts grow into grass. Besides all you need is a spare plastic container wide and long and about 2-3inches tall. All you really need is a free windowsill :).
