Yogi Pie - My Special Blueberry Banana Blast!!
This is the pie I am rushing home from Hot Yoga to gulp down on!!! I have maid this pie for a few people including my yoga instructor and they all love it! This is a very energizing pie and will allow you to get rolling throughout the day!

2 cups of Amounds, Crust
6 Large Medjool Dates, Crust
Dash of salt, Crust (optional)
Dash of cinnamon, Crust (optional)
2.5 Cups of Frozen Blueberries, Filling
2.5 Very ripe Frozen Bananas, Filling
3 tablespoons of Flaxseeds, Filling (optional)
2 tablespoons of Agave Nectar, Filling (optional)
Blend Almonds into a powder form. Add dates, salt and cinnamon. Blend and mix until thick and buttery. Spread into nine inch pie tray and put in freezer.
Blend flaxseeds until fine. Add blueberries, agave and bananas. Blend and mix at the same time until you have a thick smooth dark purple paste. Lay pastey filling into the pie.
Put in freezer for 10 minutes then serve. All ingredients I use are organic!
Consume in 4 Days, keep in freezer when not eating or it will melt.
