yummy buckwheat cookies
this is great cookies, you just can’t stop eating tham…
you can add any other dry fruit that you like (figs is a great idea…) and you can add more spices like cardamom or anis if you like it
more interesting..
½ cup sunflower seeds , soaked 4 hours
½ cup pumpkin seeds, soaked 4 hours
½ cup whole
sesame seeds
½ cup golden flax seeds, grind
5 cup buckwheat, soaked over night and rinse after
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 cup madjhule dates, pitted and cut into
small pieces
put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, mix well.
spread on a teflex sheet, about 0.5 inch thick.
dehidrate for 8 hours on 115f, and
turn over on the mesh tray for another 2 houres.
you can serve it with a ha’lva spred on it- just mix some raw tehini with honny or date honny (like in the picture)
