Served me

I used to make this the cooked way. It was great like this too. As for the ingredients I pretty much do it by eye. So add more to your liking. My fiancee suggested puting it in the dehydrator to soften the beans. I will try that too next time.

Ingredients

  • bag Green beans
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Ginger, or more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, or more to taste
  • chili powder, to taste
  • a few squirts of braggs

Preparation

Chop Garlic and Ginger in a food processor or by hand add olive oil and braggs. Stir it all up then pour over the beans. Stir up and enjoy.

I bet they’d taste really good after marinating for an hour or so in the fridge.

I also used to make a similar cooked version. I will definitely try this – it looks really good.

Mmm, I used to love cooked green beans, I think I will try this and leave overnight in the fridge to marinate.

I put the beans in the dehydrater in a zip lock bag with the marinade at 105 for about 2 hours. They were great!
