About 1-2 cupsI sized this portion to mix in my little ‘Magic Bullet’ blender. It really has turned out to be quite useful. Use any nut, soy, or other milk you prefer. Some folks prefer a bit of water and less milk. Note that this does contain dairy in the form of whey protein, which is great for maintaining or building muscle, also if you’re consciously losing weight.
