This is a good salsa for topping almost anything. It’s great on other veggies, or as a dip. Actually, it is so full of good food and nutrients, and they all blend together so very well, when I make some, I often find myself just dipping some out now and then as it is… it’s that good. It is a fine dish in its own right.
I was experimenting with spreads for crackers and breads for an open house in a few weeks, nonraw hubby said and I quote” i could eat that on crackers!” high praise..;) very addictive, i ate way to much for dinner on my onion bread!!!
I was craving indian but lacked the ingredients for Zoes wonderful cauliflour Karma so i created this and had it over cauliflour and pine nut “rice” with a sprinkling of peas and half a chopped fresh tomatoe
(chop cauliflour and pine nuts in equal portions in mini processor with some salt and a touch of olive oil)
Simple chutney for crackers or whatever.
Fusion of various tastes – crisp juicy and tart together with of sweet/tart and very sweet/tender makes delightful bled, especially combined along with warming spices of ginger and nutmeg.
