Cucumber Sesame Salad
I love Thai food and especially the cucumber salad I used to get with my meal. This is a replica of that salad. The rice wine vinegar gives it a great tart flavor. Adjust the seasonings to taste.

Winter Salad
I know spring is comings but I just came up with a great salad made from local produce that keeps in the winter months. Its kinda like coleslaw. Tastes great to wrap some up in raw nori with sunflower seeds and some wasabi.

Makes 2 cupsThis is actually a salad dressing, but I love it as a sauce or a sandwich spread. I make it all the time to put on top of falafels.
