This recipe is one from my raw foodist friend…she likes raw food, wailana yoga,and namaste yoga, and since she was right about the yoga I thought I’d trust her on the salad too! Hope you like it!
I created this based on Kandaces Zucchini Hummus for a customer that didn’t like too much zucchini and wanted a different hummus taste. It turned out really rich so I thought I would post it.
Sweet, hot, salty. Mmm mmm good. Serve with Lettuce or greens or eat with your fingers.
This is a really good way to use up the tough stalk of your broccoli and avoid throwing it away. It tastes surprisingly like traditional cabbage cole slaw. If you prefer cabbage, this dressing is really good on that too!
This was a quick and simple dinner that I whipped together with the remainder of what I had left from the farmer’s market (except the basil – it came from my patio garden). I was so excited with the excellent flavor and texture. I would recommend this dish to beginner raw foodies.
