I like making up stupid names for my recipes, sorry. It makes them seem more exciting to me, hahaha. Anyway…these are sprout tacos, pretty self-explanatory but very, very delicious in my opinion.
I am originally from New York, and when I first went vegetarian, all those many moons ago the one thing I really missed was a nice Kosher Pastrami sandwich, with a potato Knish and a Doctor Brown’s Cream Soda. Whenever I come close to that texture, I try my hand and recreating that experience.
Not exactly a rousing success, but this recipe still makes a Nice sandwich
This is sooo good you won’t believe it! My boyfriend absolutely loved it! I tried\wanted to make the onion bread recipe from this site but then realized I only had sprouted sunflower seeds. I didn’t want it to be too wet so I substituted a little almond and flax meal. Then I had to go help my mom with birthing puppies as her friend broke her foot and she is in a wheelchair from snapping her achilles tendon. So my boyfriend was left at home with the dehydrator. He ate some while I was gone and said it tasted just like stuffing.
