Energy YUM Bars
This is my super yummy answer to some popular seed and nut bars. Sweet and nutty and lots of flavor! Great as a quick breakfast, an afternoon snack, a post workout kick, and pretty much anytime you need a little something! I added raw Maca powder because of its stress reducing, stamina and (libido) busting, and fatigue fighting powers. Chia seed is great for its ability to energize, not to mention its rich in omega fatty acids AND a great source of fiber in general.
Mock Turkey Dip
I made this for Thanksgiving and I've found myself making it every few weeks since then! It's really good in lettuce wraps or as a veggie dip (broccoli, pepper, and carrots). The sage is really essential for a Thanksgiving taste. I realize this is very nut heavy so don't eat too much at once... even though I know how addicting it is!! hahaha

Savory Raw Vegan Pâté
This is a recipe from the cookbook "Cooking With Trader Joe's." I got it for Christmas a few years ago, and it has a lot of great vegetarian recipes, but now that I am vegan it is of little use for me. However, there is this one recipe that is not only vegan but also raw! I figured I'd post it, but if there are any complaints about putting it up, I will happily remove it.
