3-4As far as I'm concerned, this is one of the quickest, most delicious desserts you can make with raw ingredients. I've also done variations on this for vanilla and banana flavored pudding.
Pumpkin pudding

2After the pumpkin soup I came up with this pumpkin pudding. It became more delicious than the soup. It doesn't need water, so it tastes more intensive. It is ready in a few minutes, and makes a wonderful, easy, and light winter supper!
Delicious Dessert

1I know there are plenty of banana 'ice cream' style recipes out there already but this is a new concoction I threw together tonight and thought it worked really well.

Strawberry-Kiwi Pudding

This was originally supposed to be Alissa Cohen’s lemon pudding, but I found that to be too tart. This adaptation is much a more delicious pudding or fruit dip, no puckering required.
