So I have a sweet tooth and love the just sweet enough semi raw acai sorbet sabazon makes but wanted to experiment making my own w/o the cane juice. I tried this out and loved it! Its not too sweet either. You could add a second tbspn of honey if you need to. As for the coconut oil/butter its optional- but important: do not add too much b/c if you do it overpowers the acai in a negative way.

I used to be addicted to ice cream…There was a couple of days when all I had to eat was this sorbet…ALL day. haha. Like the equivalent of someone eating ice cream all day, but only this stuff made me feel gooood
