Hey! I am new to raw veganism, and want to learn how to strategically plan a diet so I will get all the nutrients my body needs...all i can find online is recipes...not why certain things need to be in a meal or things like that. are there any food groups that are good for certain things, etc? please help!!
I'm not a full raw foodist, but I've found that I love Raw desserts and they don't make me feel sluggish and bad the way standard, carb filled desserts seem to do. I'm looking for some basic, easy to understand, yet interesting and fun raw dessert cookbooks, that only require very basic ingredients. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be very grateful!
Its insanely hard to find raw nuts and seeds in a town as small as mine! And when I do find them they are so expensive! I was wondering if anyone had any sauce,dressing, or any kind of recipe to share! Google didnt turn up too many results.. Much thanks :)
