Ingredients
1 avocado (pitted, mashed with a fork)
1 tablespoon carob (or more)
1 tablespoon raw honey, agave, or any other sweetener
Recipe Directions
1. Stir the three ingredients in well.

By shgadwaThis tastes just like chocolate pudding. Much healthier though.
My dad that hates carob loved this. We did not tell him it had carob in it until afterwards.
Next time I make it, I might experiment with a little bit of raisins or such.
You can also do this in the food processor but unless you were making a ton (expensive), the fork works well.
