Yield
2 small glassfuls
Ingredients
2 bananas
1 cup blueberries (frozen)
1 small apple (diced) or 1/2 large apple (diced)
1/2 cup coconut flakes or 1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 cup almond milk
Recipe Directions
1. In your blender, combine the bananas, apples, blueberries, and coconut flakes (or oil).
2. Over top, add the almond milk. Blend until extra smooth (about 30 seconds in a Vitamix).
3. If you don’t have a high powered blender, then you’ll need a large spoon handy to keep things moving.
OceanBliss's Thoughts
By OceanBlissThis makes a gorgeous, creamy, delicious smoothie.
You could use water instead of almond milk, but the milk makes it creamier!
I can’t get enough of this stuff. It is so scrumptious!
