6 hazelnuts
1 tablespoon raw sunflower seeds
Sprinkle of cinnamon
2 teaspoons cacao nibs
1 teaspoon raw honey
½ cup berries
3 peach or nectarine slices (optional)
Recipe Directions
1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and toss.

Tastes better to me than any candy or cookie.
Vary any or all ingredients to taste.
I typically use strawberries and blueberries. When I can find blackberries or peaches in the backyard, I add those, too.
Quick to prepare and really refreshing. This dish sustains me for quite a while, even though I am a frequent eater. :)
