Ingredients
1 pound durian or 5-6 seeds, fresh or thawed
1 bunch chives
4-5 cucumbers or zucchinis, peeled
Recipe Directions
1. Using a spirilizer, a julian slicer, or a simple vegetable peeler, make noodles out of your cucumbers. Drain the water.
2. Using a fork, mash the durian. Comb with the fork or your fingers to get rid of any hard chunks or frozen bits. Making a whipping motion, whip the durian until creamy
3. Finely dice 1 bunch of chives. Mix into the durian.
4. Place the durian on top of the noodles, as you would an alfredo sauce. Garnish with extra chives.
