Rachaelhannah's Thoughts
By rachaelhannahVary amount of ingredients depending on how hungry you are.
For those who are raw or gluten free eaters, wheat berries won't work. I use them to make a complete protein with the hummus in the dressing.... An alternative grain or perhaps a nut-meal could be substituted, although the protein combo won't exist anymore.
For those who can't use hummus, I have made this dressing before using miso paste instead of hummus and added a splash of extra virgin olive oil for richness; still yummy.

i don't follow a strict raw diet, so i cook them because i like the texture of them cooked- but i'm sure soaked or sprouted wheat berries would work well too.
