Makes about 1 1/4 cups -

Ingredients
2 medium avocado, seeded, peeled and cut up
½ small onion, chopped
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Recipe Directions
Mash all ingredients together with a fork (or toss in a blender and blend). Great as a dip or a sauce on raw tacos.
When storing, leave the avocado seed in you guacamole. This will help it stay greener.

By kandaceA simple, mild guacamole. The recipe is based on one found in an old Better Homes and Gardens Mexican cookbook from the 70’s. I updated a bit with a few healthier ingredients, but the taste is quite similar.
