24-32 ounce glass
Ingredients
2 scoops (your favorite) raw vanilla ice cream
1 cup chopped organic mango (fresh or frozen)
1 small to medium sized organic papaya (peeled, seeded, chopped)
1 small banana (peeled, chopped)
Handful of organic coconut flakes (dried)
½ cup raw coconut water
½ cup chopped pineapple (fresh or frozen)
Water (to cover ingredients in blender 3/4 of the way)
Recipe Directions
1. Place all ingredients in the blender and mix on high till smooth and creamy. Add more or less water depending on how thick or thin you like your shakes.
