Ingredients
1/4 cup cashews (soaked overnight then drained)
1 cup water
1 frozen banana (chunks)
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1/2 to 1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 date (optional)
1 tablespoon cashew butter, coconut butter, almond butter, etc. (optional)
Raw cacao nibs (optional; for garnish)
Recipe Directions
1. Soak cashews overnight and then drain.
2. Transfer to a blender with 1 cup water. Blend until smooth.
3. Add the ingredients in this order: banana, date (if using), nut butter (if using), cacao powder, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper. Blend to the consistency you like.
4. Garnish with raw cacao nibs if you wish.

This is just what I found to be perfect measurements for myself, since I like spicy and rich things.
