Ingredients
CRUST
1 cup almonds (soaked 24 hours)
1 cup sunflower seeds (soaked 24 hours)
1 cup dates
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup carob
1 teaspoon vanilla bean
FILLING
1 1/2 cups almonds (soaked 24 hours)
4 medium bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla bean
1/2 cup coconut water
Recipe Directions
CRUST
1. Process crust ingredients with "S" blade and press into a 9 inch pie plate.
FILLING
2. Process filling ingredients and pour into crust. Put in freezer.
3. When ready to serve, put in fridge for 30 minutes.
